How long will the sculpture last?
We try to design our sculptures to last the duration of your event.  The typical sculpture lasts 4-6 hours. 

Do you deliver?
Yes.  A delivery charge will be accessed for any deliveries made outside of our delivery area.

How big is a typical sculpture?
Standard sized sculptures are carved from a 300 lb. block of ice with the dimensions of 40 in. high x 20 in. wide x 10 in.  (Dimensions and weight will vary depending on the design.)

What is included with the ice sculpture?
Your ice sculpture will come complete with a plastic drip tray with hose and fluorescent white lighting (colored lighting is available for an additional cost).  You will need to provide a bucket for the water to drain into (buckets are available for an additional cost.

How far in advanced will I need to place an order?
Ordering early helps to ensure availability as popular wedding and holiday season dates fill up quickly.

How do I choose my carving design?
We have a large array of photos on our website.  These photos are place in specific categories to give you ideas of what some of our clients have used for their event.  Please contact us for recommendations. 

I don’t see what I want on your website…
We’ve carved thousands of ice sculptures and it’s impossible to put every picture of our work on our website.  Please provide us with a clear photograph/artwork of what you have in mind and our talented team sculptors will do their best to replicate it.  We’re proud to say that there hasn’t been a sculpture we can’t do.

How much is the average cost of an ice sculpture?
Our prices vary depending on design and quantity.  Please contact us for a price quote. 
If the price is out of your budget, you can arrange to pick your sculpture at our studio (this option is only available at our Philadelphia location). We offer competitive pricing, let us know and we’ll do our best to match it.

How do I place an order?

-Your contact information
-The event date with location & time
-Type of event
-Sculpture desired

Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required at least two weeks before the event date. 

My event is tomorrow!
We do our best to accommodate rush orders, however, a deposit is still required.  Please contact us immediately for late payment options.
